Dr Deon de Wet

Dr de Wet was born and educated in South Africa. He completed his medical training at Stellenbosch University in 1985, where he also graduated as an Ophthalmologist in 1994.
 
He has been in solo private ophthalmic practice (in Northern Suburbs of Cape Town) since January 1995, practicing as general ophthalmologist with special interest in cataract and refractive surgery as well as Glaucoma.
 
Dr de Wet has done his initial Lasik course under the late and internationally known Dr. Michiel Kritzinger and Dr. J. Machat in 1995, as well as personal training by Prof. Jan A. Venter.
